Please help us again in Round 4 of this Center for Disease Controls (CDC) "Tips from Former Smokers" Campaign. These must be FORMER Smokers...who have quit for at least 6 months. These stories must be able to be vetted thru the candidates doctors. This is a remarkable experience and lifechanging. Each of these unique commercials are written about the actual individual.
